Appointment & Booking

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Same-day appointments may be available based on availability.

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Plans change — I understand.

  • Please provide at least 1 hours notice to reschedule

  • Deposits may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment within 24 hours with proper notice; otherwise, they are non-refundable

  • Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit

No-Shows

Failure to appear at the scheduled appointment time without notice will be considered a no-show.
Deposits are non-refundable in this case.

Travel & Waiting Time

Mobile service is provided for your convenience.

  • Travel fees are based on distance and confirmed at booking

  • A 5 minute grace period is included

  • Additional wait time may result in added fees or cancellation

Identification Requirements

Proper identification is required for all notarizations. All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification:

  • Driver’s License (any U.S. State or Territory, Canada or Mexico)

  • State ID (any U.S. State or Territory, Canada or Mexico)

  • U.S. Passport (or passport card)

  • Foreign passport with U.S. immigration stamp

  • U.S. military ID

  • Veteran Health Identification Card (VA-issued)

  • U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) ID

  • Florida Department of Corrections inmate ID (if the signer is in custody)

Service may be refused if proper identification is not provided.

Document Readiness

To keep your appointment efficient:

  • Documents must be complete and ready

  • Do not sign documents in advance unless instructed

  • No document preparation or legal advice is provided

Right to Refuse Service

For your protection and in compliance with Florida law, service may be refused if:

  • Identity cannot be verified

  • The signer appears unwilling or unaware

  • The signer appears under duress or impaired

  • The request does not comply with Florida notary laws

Limitation of Liability

Notarial services only are provided.
The notary is not responsible for the content, legality, or accuracy of documents and does not provide legal advice.

Payment Policy

Payment is due as agreed at booking and/or at the time of service.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total balance

  • All fees are disclosed prior to service

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
